Thanks for sharing your notes. If this was generated in October, you wont see notes by agent yet so there was no A.12 yet for you. In my case, it was generated on nov 20, aor is sept 19. On oct 16, the program assistant said “review required stat question” then on nov 14 case processing agent said “officer review required please review information regarding visa refusal”. I can only guess it needs further review by officer because i didnt a put reason but i explained it.
Anyway, in your case, you didnt see the agent’s notes because you requested for notes early. Maybe it was already ok by now because you declared the refusal and you already provided the missing PCC. The problem is when you dont declare the visa refusal and cic just found out about it.

Same here. I though CEC inland would be a bit quicker than PNP but the truth tells us nope. I am AOR Sept.27 and am still waiting. Not sure if I am IP1 or IP2 (I think it should be 2) but "We are processing your background check" this has been shown for at least 3 months...

I have just received my GCMS notes. Its a big 125 pages pdf. Can someone guide me to any specific/worthy section to look at?

IP1 - Since October 2018 and webform says “ We will send you a message when we start your background check “

Managed to speak with the CIC Canada agents after 22mins, the lady was very sweet and told that my file was sent from Canada office to NDVO on 22nd November 2018

Does this mean that I have moved from IP1 to IP2 and has my security and all cleared ?

how do you guys even manage to get into the queue? I have tried about 10 times and every single time i am not even put into the queue

Try sending an email or raise a CSE. I think they've started giving more detailed responses via email. Personally I never got through by calling so resorted to email

Does Visa office depend on the province you applied...? Which one did you ?
Yours is Sept 27 aor , fsw -o, country of residence India right ?
Mine must be similar then..
