Hi all, I finally got the 'Ready for Visa' email today. As with most of you, it has been tense waiting for this to come through and sometime gutting to hear others coming before you (despite you being happy for them). I have no hints or tips to offer and I feel for those in desperate situations just waiting for the email to arrive. To those still waiting, I hope it won't take much longer and wish you all the best.

I’m FSW outland applicant.

My timeline

AOR: 9th August
Medical passed : 5th September

Today I received an email from CiC requesting more information

It says below



We have begun processing your application for permanent residence, and in order to make a decision we require the following information/documents:

 Sibling- Residence CDA: Sibling- Residence CDA Please provide recent/current proof of your siblings residence in Canada. You may wish to submit a lease agreement and/or utility bills.

Now when I submitted my application I uploaded my sisters Driving license, PR card and bank statements as Proof of her residence

Unfortunately she doesn’t have the utility bills as they are included in the rent. Also the rental agreement is lost and we don’t have the scanned copy at the moment.

Could you please tell me what to do with this regard? Should I reupload the latest bank statements (it has the current address) along with Driving license( with the current address)??

I have 7 days, till 31st January, to submit all the documents

Hello friends, I just got my gums note and I realise I have a serious issue, so I need advice on solution
Issue; I was given review required and 0 year on my work experience
Reason: I Checked my application and I find out I made major error in my application. I actually worked from 2008 July to 2015 Feb in a bank. In 2012 I was appointed the branch manager.
Due to frustration emanating my Inability to get my record accepted on the system ( I did a master's program part time within 2012 and 2015 and the system is not accepting my for work and education between period of 2012 and 2015 ) I it my experience to 2008 to 2012 and master 2012 to 2015. Just to be able to transmit my application as I have already spent a month on the issue.
The issue is that the job title I used is business manager and since I only became business manager in 2012 my experience was cut down to 0.

I know this error is terrible, please I just need advice now, I do not need more scolding. I have cried and punish myself enough.

Note: I did my master's in my country as part time while working full time.

At this stage I believe all you can do is raise a CSE with a detailed LOE about what happened filling your form, with the system not accepting the years of work because of your part time masters that you did around the same time. Note that you need to be very clear in your LOE, as you can see that we also struggled to understand the real issue.
With the LOE you will upload your reference letter that shows clearly that you worked as a business manager between 2012 and 2015 and your WES evaluation report(even though you have sent these documents in before).

Unfortunately she doesn’t have the utility bills as they are included in the rent. Also the rental agreement is lost and we don’t have the scanned copy at the moment.

Could you please tell me what to do with this regard? Should I reupload the latest bank statements (it has the current address) along with Driving license( with the current address)??

I have 7 days, till 31st January, to submit all the documents

Hey buddy she can always get a copy of rental agreement from the landlord. I see no issues to get it.

They asked me to contact VFS in India or Nepal for stamping while I am in US ( California) at present. Please suggest how to proceed further.

Do you know why there's review required for the 3 year work experience? There should be more notes about the reason.

don't think that's a good idea. they have asked specific documents from you. you need to submit those.if you re-submit the documents your application might get rejected as they already have those documents with them mate.

That's the detail message I see on notes.

I completely get that, I've 9 months of Canada experience in last 3 years, however, while creating the profile I was asked whether I've less than 1 year or more than 1 year in last 3 years, I've chosen the appropriate option at the time of creating the profile.

I have a brother living in Toronto and I "used" the sibling extra points giving out his information, to receive the ITA.
I've provided his leasing contract, PR card, phone bill and also his birth certificate... I think that pretty much confirmed he's my brother and living in Canada...
