Forex traderWe all have our plan Bs and even a stop loss date Brother/Sister.
That is one reason we are trying to know the outcome asap, positive or negativw so that we can get back to normality again or start planning.
The problem is, we are currently dependent on CIC for our next course of action, sticking to plan A or moving to Plan B
?
a nice ircc call center agent just told me there is no update in my application since november. the due date in the "application assignment" is still 2018/12/16.

It's been over 7 months after AOR, should I send an email to both offices to ask for an update?

What's your eligibility and security status?
Also check the application assignment in the second page. The due date and the assigned to column. Looks like your file moved from Ottawa to Sydney. Just like mine.
It seems your file got approved.
Before checking with the VO talk to the IRCC call center.
You should immediately call call centre and thereafter mail CIO. RFV is Ready For Visa. A few pages back @tobs suggested the heading for sending such a mail.
Human international rights violations (A35) and Organised criminality (A37) which I feel pertains to Security and Criminality but not totally sure.
Looks like your file is approved and is Ready for PPR from CIO since Nov 5, 2018.

i am not sure. but i think @richa1987 is right. your application got approved in november. you should check with the call center. once you are sure. reach out to the VOs particularly CIO.
