Mine was received Nov 30th. Depending on the person who answers really. First time they wanted to speak to my sponsor and yesterday they just asked basic stuff like name, address, date of birth, phone number
called the agent, our application was returned jan 18.. and sent back to my representative..dont know the reason yet..
but this is so frustrating.
Well they have received mine i know that much, even have a temporary file number however I cannot link that application at all. I have tried everything.

nov. 28, frustrating because they will return it after 2 months. if they could have return it earlier. we could have correct the application. we dont know yet the reason why it was returned. so returned and refused is the same? they will send it na back? who has an idea?
Maybe a signature was missing or forms were out of date or maybe it was incomplete. You won't know until your rep receives it and tells you why exactly it was returned
okay thanks! im hoping its just forms. coz we need to send before january 31. coz my studenr visa expires jan 31. and so that we can apply for owp.
yeah. my representative already applied today. but it takes 3 mons? and u think the pilot program will end?
I applied visitor record in early Nov online before my study permit expires
And it got approved today Jan 22
So it takes more than 3 months
I doubt it will end. I would just apply for the extension so that you are on the safe side.
