Hey guys, my consultant emailed NDVO regarding our approved file and received an automatic reply....

"Thank you for your e-mail. It has been received by the New Delhi visa office.
Please note that sending repeated case status inquiries or phone calls takes resources away from file processing, resulting in longer processing times.
Due to a high volume of inquiries, we can only respond if you have an application in process. The service standard is 15 working days......"

The email continues with other details but I am guessing the automatic reply is completely normal and everyone receives it?
Also, based on your experiences, how soon can we expect the PPR request?

This is a cut paste response. Nothing to worry. Do you know if your file is at NDVO?

Yes, that's the normal auto reply.

Have any of you here sent a CSE to Sydney, NS CIO or it's only possible to reach them through their E-Mail ?

I e-mailed them and got PPR a few hours later but after that I got a reply to my e-mail that said to raise a CSE.

We don't know if it's at NDVO. But we do know the file is approved, our local visa office is New Delhi (primary VO is Ottawa) and we just hit 6 months, so decided to email NDVO and hope for the best!

When was your file approved?

And my application is going backward, last time I called they said security in progress and today they said its not started yet and wait indefinitely

Hey @tobs ! Thank you for checking on me :)
Still waiting... called, emailed= nothing. I am thinking of writing to Ottawa on Thursday. Just don't understand the hold up in the process once a file is approved. Thank God for this group for keeping me company!

I sent 2 emails to ottawa, didn't get any response yet.

Unfortunately there is no known catalyst here. :(

my VO is Calgary

Hi there my fellow victim of Calgary office:). I took a look at your profile. Look like you've also been in IP2 since July, and all blank in the security section in your GCMS? Same here. Do let us know what your CBSA notes look like if you get it.
