I dont think so you need to inform abt job change or that slows down ur app. Only thing you should report is if u r travelling and will ve away for longer period or change in addrsss

General Question again if you know the answer-
So, after AOR, what does IN PROCESS mean? Does that mean, they sent my application package to the local immigration office from Sydney?
I'm in Calgary. Does that mean they send the packages that arrived within the similar time together to the local office as much as they can? I got AOR on Jan 11 and no progress shown so far. I don't understand why it takes so long to start processing if they acknowledged my application.

yes, it means they sent your application package to the local immigration office from Sydney.

It’s not an issue. I haven’t mentioned grant adults. The application form and the checklist has these differences in the address. Basically it works on the P.O. Box. So it’s fine even if u haven’t mentioned grant adults
