he knew its recommend pass from the gcms note. he shared the screenshot with me. and then in january he talked to an agent who said the eligibility is now "not started".
If the file is transferred from one vo to another then in that case it happens . In my case , my application was transferred from CIO where they mentioned eligibility met to NDVO where the eligibility changed from met to not started? As evident from GCMS notes.

Was his VO changed ?

Yes, that’s completely understandable. We have already discussed everything in here and speculated all the reasons that might be slowing down application processing but even that doesn’t help as the wait time increases. It’s frustrating but be hopeful that the PPR is round the corner for you .

My situation is nothing different. Trying to get along with routine work. Even alcohol has started feeling less enjoyable(which a definitely a serious concern for me) and my kamine friends don’t shy away from reminding and laughing out loud showing their entire ugly rotten teeth when they get to know that my application is still pending. But what else can I do rather than just biting the bullet. I try to remind them about how Canada is better than other countries and it’s completely worth all the wait blah blah .....but I am running of items in the list. ;):D:D

Nevertheless, I am still very much hopeful about the good news coming soon. :)
I am thinking of contacting Canadian authorities to change the definition of "Soon"

They will ask you to raise a CSE and when you do they will transfer this request to Mathew and then he will do what he does ;) :D

For them it should be SOON= Survivors of our nonsense
Sometimes when I call them I feel like I am getting my application processed for free. Paid thousand dollars still couldn't get an inch of politeness. I understand that application processing can take time but I don't understand why they're reluctant to answer simple questions and make the call time shorter. It's the same information that you get from gcms notes after 30 days.

Some jobs really needs to be automated. Specially call centers. I saw some promise in Google I/O last year. Hope such system gets widely adopted.

No man, I think it would be a bad idea to automate customer service . At least sometimes you get connected to nicer agents who give you better response . Automating would mean replacing all agents with the likes of Mathews, who will just read out your online account status. You can’t even get mad at that automated bot.

Seems like you are a new frustrant ( frustrated applicant ) in here . Very soon you will give up on reaching out to agents and just wait and wait till they approve your case :D:D

Yes , I saw that when it happened . The Mm-hmmm part was certainly entertaining. :D:D

We can make use of that assistant for cic calls if it gets to be that interactive from our side . From cic side I am not sure as the way their GCMS system is designed it take time to gather information that they send us via notes so lots of changes will have to be done .

Yea that’s toronoto for you. That wind in that temperature is just a killer. Your skin feels like someone cut it with a knife.

There was one really funny video on Instagram where a dude was amazed by the actual temperature and feel like temperature and was asking that in a really funny way. Check it out and you will have a good start of the day ;)

Also, the visibility part , who really gets to try to see 16 kms. No body would note the difference if visibility is 16 kms or 6kms :D

You mean getgcms?? If yes, then go with getgcms.com. I’ve used them twice and notes arrived within timelines.
