Super Visa (Parents)

Hi,

My mother is currently in Canada on visit visa and can stay till 11th July,2019.
My question is Can I apply super visa for her while she is in Canada or does she needs to back to her home country and apply for Super Visa?


Also please let me know the forms I need to submit for super visa application.

She can only apply out of Canada.
