Guys can you please advise on below:

I searched a lot in the forum about AIPP program but couldn't get the answer I am looking for. Basically, I know what AIPP is but my question is how to contact employers/recruiters?

I have made few efforts myself like:

1. I downloaded the list of designated employers for Nova Scotia, shortlisted the ones matching my profile( i am a business analyst with 3 years of experience)

2. I emailed each of them with my cover letter and resume last week.

Unfortunately, I haven't received a reply from anyone. I am not sure if i am on the right track?

Please advise.
Landing a job even being inside Canada is not easy.So, it is normal you dnt get a reply.

This is a common question and has been answered several times.

Proper answer is too long to be answered in an ROH thread.

I suggest you try to search for related threads for the information first. That way it is easier to get a clear idea.

Even those who landed in Canada have a hard time finding the right job. Competition is at an all-time high. If you have some niche-skills, the recruiters will get back to you. Good luck.

No need to worry nns14 the issue of wife not accompanying is perfectly legal the only requirement is to state your reason for doing so.... just not say i am doing it to get more CRS points. CIC also knows that you choose not to accompany your spouse now but you are going to sponsor them later. Thats the main reason that the non accompanying spouse and kids are required to take medicals and PCC or spouse. look the below CIC link

Yes. All of your accompanying and non-accompanying dependants must have a medical exam performed by a Panel Physician approved by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

Non-accompanying dependants must undergo a medical exam to make sure they are admissible to Canada. They must be admissible to maintain their eligibility to be sponsored by their family members in the future.

Having inadmissible dependants might make you inadmissible as an applicant for permanent residence.
I am not worried as I already selected wife and child accompanying. It is just I got into that debate in the middle because I somewhat read most of the replies on that topic. Your point further elaborates as to why it is OK to not accompany your spouse. Family sponsorship has its own rules and regulations so you cannot trick them.

Currently awaiting Spouse ECA (due by Jan 28th 2019), post which CRS will be 440. I have got the experience letter from all the organizations I have worked with, and do I need to do the same for my spouse?

1. In the Application, I have declared all my spouse organization details, where she worked earlier. Once I get my ITA, should I provide my spouse experience letters as well?

2. Would it be better for me to wait for my spouse's IELTS exam (will take approx 2 months, and if she gets band 6 in all, CRS points will increase to 446), or should I apply for any PNP (my NOC Code is 2172). If i need to apply for PNP, which would be the best to apply for, and which Provinces have more requirements for my NOC

Alright.
1) if you declare all her work experience you must provide a reference letter for each of them and try to do your best to get a good one as per IRCC requirements, if you can't get reference letter then you should explain in your LoE along with your denial email or letter received by those companies.
Remember this route is so difficult and your application will take longer processing time than you expect.

Hard if you aren't there already. I have been applying for about 2 months, most of them were rejects.
Also, don't expect them to get back to you within a week :)

I agree that if it is easy to get those letters it is perfectly fine and the clearest thing to do. For me that is not the case.

I researched every posible online discussion on this topic and most of the people got around this problem by answering NO on a question does your spouse has work experience and later filling out personal history section with all the details. As far as I could see nobody reported being rejected for misrepresentation eventhough there is in that case discrepancy between EE profile data and post-ITA data.

I, however feel that the approach I decided to take is better and less in risk of misrepresentation and the same was taken by some people who succeded in getting PR as can be seen in the link below

You don't get any rejection for your dependent work experience if you don't claim any points, including the ones you have. It means we fill out pre ita application for points based questions and when we get ita a big game starts, we don't have to hide anything, fornthis reason they created personal history section. We should put all info into that section which is crucial for background checking. Work experience section should be filled out for any points you claim, if your dependent has any Canadian work experience so yes you can inform IRCC through this section but if that work experience doesn't count towards your profile points then just put those experiences into personal history. This way you will make an easy work for immigration officer, your application won't be complicated.

During 2016 and 2017 we had so many debates on this issue, but at the end either way will work out if you do a proper documentation. It's true that one of these ways will get more time and attention while getting all documents.
