I'm pretty positive that Ontario will issue more HCP to non-job offer candidates soon cus I think most people who received NOI earlier are sitting at 443+ will decline the NOI, why bother paying $1500 more right?
some will leave their NOI alone until it expires.

anyway, i hope you are right. 1439 is huge number of NOI to issue, it seems like they want to fulfill all the NOI sooner. and it's crazy to invite profile that will expire in a few days (for the profiles dated January 14, 2018 )

ray of hope for us in 438 lower please. :(

does that mean for all other information regarding OINP like document checklist, application process etc also, we should refer to ontario.ca and ignore ontarioimmigration.ca completely? Was there any notification regarding this?

The OINP has moved to Ontario.ca

Information about the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) can now be found on Ontario.ca. The new website is www.ontario.ca/oinp.

Please note: All OINP pages on www.ontarioimmigration.ca will be redirected to www.ontario.ca/oinp as of Wednesday January 16th.

Hey guys, need a couple of clarifications.

Currently awaiting Spouse ECA (due by Jan 28th 2019), post which CRS will be 440. I have got the experience letter from all the organizations I have worked with, and do I need to do the same for my spouse?

1. In the Application, I have declared all my spouse organization details, where she worked earlier. Once I get my ITA, should I provide my spouse experience letters as well?

2. Would it be better for me to wait for my spouse's IELTS exam (will take approx 2 months, and if she gets band 6 in all, CRS points will increase to 446), or should I apply for any PNP (my NOC Code is 2172). If i need to apply for PNP, which would be the best to apply for, and which Provinces have more requirements for my NOC
Hello, I hope that I will soon receive an ITA, as soon as I get my Masters degree evaluated so I've had the same doubt regarding point 1. If you claim points for spouse Canadian work exp then you must provide them with her reference letters. If it is foreign work experience you have few options:

option A) that has been proposed here by almost everyone: leave the work history blank by choosing that your spouse has no work exp when filling out EE profile in which case you would not need to provide any proof of her work experience later. After getting ITA and when applying for PR fill out her work experience in personal history section which would be a new document as far as I understood (there is no personal history section when creating EE profile).

Option b) is the path that I would and hopefully will take. It is filling out work history when creating EE profile. After getting an ITA I will (in the placeholders for documents for spouse work experience) attach letter of explanation stating that evidence of spouse work experience is not provided because
1) it is not required by them as stated in the document checklist on their official website since it is outside of Canada
2) it did not give us any points.

I really do not want to get into this long discussion but it does not make sense at all for CIC to include that option, spouse not accompanying, and if someone selects that option he/she is considered misrepresenting information!!?? There are many reasons as to why you may not want your spouse to join you now. You can simply say the spouse has work commitments, taking care of elderly parents, simply does not want to move, etc...
No need to worry nns14 the issue of wife not accompanying is perfectly legal the only requirement is to state your reason for doing so.... just not say i am doing it to get more CRS points. CIC also knows that you choose not to accompany your spouse now but you are going to sponsor them later. Thats the main reason that the non accompanying spouse and kids are required to take medicals and PCC or spouse. look the below CIC link
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=988&top=4

I have applied for permanent residence. My spouse or partner and children are not coming with me. Do they need to get a medical exam?

Yes. All of your accompanying and non-accompanying dependants must have a medical exam performed by a Panel Physician approved by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

Non-accompanying dependants must undergo a medical exam to make sure they are admissible to Canada. They must be admissible to maintain their eligibility to be sponsored by their family members in the future.

Having inadmissible dependants might make you inadmissible as an applicant for permanent residence.

Guys can you please advise on below:

I searched a lot in the forum about AIPP program but couldn't get the answer I am looking for. Basically, I know what AIPP is but my question is how to contact employers/recruiters?

I have made few efforts myself like:

1. I downloaded the list of designated employers for Nova Scotia, shortlisted the ones matching my profile( i am a business analyst with 3 years of experience)

2. I emailed each of them with my cover letter and resume last week.

Unfortunately, I haven't received a reply from anyone. I am not sure if i am on the right track?

Please advise.

Does IRCC process the PNP nominees and normal express entry guys differently or they are on the same table once the PNP nominee receives 600 points?
