Hey try to login through GCKey create an account and i think it is faster in this manner because in my case, I won appeal on 21 Nov and when I cancel code of conduct of my lawyer so I got chance to access to login into GCKey and they update in account about PCC and Medical on 7th Jan but i did not get any request through email. so better try to access in GCKey first.

You wait for letter from the IAD, it basically says you won. That should be about 2 weeks. Then you should get an email from hopefully Ottawa saying they got your file. Eventually they ask for new forms, medical. Ours in 2017 took about 5 mos from day of appeal win to visa.

Sorry I got confused with this code of conduct thing u mentioned here, do you use or cancel representative form?
I also tried to link my application with the Gckey link won't allow me, tried the online link too same thing but before the refusal in 2017 I was checking online then after refusal it got locked. Now that I won my appeal I can't still check status or location of my file. Can you give some advise?

Yes we have to fill up use of representative form for authorizing or cancellation.
I was not able to link our application to our GCkey till after a couple of weeks of submission of updated forms and police clearance certificate. Others seem to have different experiences. That's how IRCC operates.

Hi every one i am new to this forum, can any one share me the exact time line of hearing before court, i have lost ADR now how long i have to wait for full hearing date?

So to get an adr, your assigned appeal consultant will review your case abd see if you have compelling evidence to prove that your relationship is genuine. If they do, they will offer you the adr. The adr meeting with be you, your iad rep and a representative from the ministry (cic) abd the 3 of you will try to reach an agreement. If this doesn't go your way, your still entitled to a full hearing with a judge. We were offered an adr after 8 months. But again it depends on your office and how much work load they have if your interested, and you should, you should file asap because iad will have to contact cic abd ask them to send your file over so they can review it. This alone takes like 2 months

So base on what factor peoples win their appeal?
Factors like visiting, pictures, proper communication, exchange gift and support spouse financially, future plans, children if not adopt it.
These are all the proof which every couple have. Beside they want to united the family or separated them?
We have age difference too but we are not worried because we have enough proof to show in our full Hiring.

Be prepared for a full day hearing. They spend a lot of time explaining the procedure. If an interpreter is required it slows down the proceedings. They take atleast 3 breaks.
My hearing started around 8:30am and ended at the scheduled finish time 4:30pm. Even at that time minister's counsel wanted another 10 minutes and then changed his mind and said that there is a large volume of documents submitted, he would take a few days to come up with more questions. The judge gave him a week to submit his questions in writing. But later on instead of sending more questions, he sent his consent for allowing the appeal.

I won the appeal on October 30,2018.
And got email 2 November confirmation that the appeal is allowed after that I didn’t hear anything.
So please let me know wt to expect now email or letter and how long it will take to hear from them for next step.

My hearing was heald on 27 September 2018 appeal allowed on same day while decision letter receive on 16 October 2018 but after this I hear nothing from cic or LVO I don’t know what’s going on
