As you said that today I got reply email from LVO while you send email on 27 November
My question is that you got reply late while your forms request come early right

how soon one can expect to receive blue book after the acknowledgement letter from IAD? I received letter from IAD on 5th of Nov 2018 acknowledging that they have received my notice of appeal.

I think we were around 2 or 3 months

If you look back in some of the earlier posts in this thread from other people, the standard time for receiving your blue book is 120 days after you filed your appeal.

It takes approximately 2 months after decision letter before you'll hear anything. Shortly, you 'll receive a "document request" email. Most likely new medical, police and updated forms.

Keep in mind to that it's Holidays month. They might be going a bit slower then average. I sent an email at the 2 month mark, and then I got the documents request 2 days later. Have you tried sending them an email? Some times this gets the ball rolling.

I talked to immigration, Refugees and citizenship Canada on 1-888-242-2100 and they check my information and told me only Delhi Visa officer can conduct my file not from Ottawa so now I don't know about any email or phone number so if you could tell me how to find contact information of Delhi VO.

Adr scheduled: May 2018
Won adr: May 2018
Received written adr decision: June 2018

I have not received any correspondence from LVO yet, still waiting. Can anyone advise me when I can hear from LVO? I also got my MPP to inquire about the status of my application. She has not received a reply yet.

Wow. That's a really very long time. The average time is 2 months. Can you maybe contact the IAD office you were dealing with and make sure they sent your file? Maybe the can call and see if it was received Because this is far toooo long

And got email 2 November confirmation that the appeal is allowed after that I didn’t hear anything.

Approximately 2 months from decision letter, you will receive documents request from your previous visa officr

Thank God finally my appeal allowed on the 13/12/18 after number of calls to the IAD case officer no good response so today 27/12/18 i got email from my lawyer that congratulations my appeal allowed. So what next now?

In approximately 2 months you will receive request letter for new medical police and updated forms. Then they will pick up where they left off when your application was rejected
