Just wanted to share. I had my full hearing scheduled yesterday, but after 52 minutes they decided my appeal was allowed. The judge only asked me questions, ministers councel did not ask me any questions for me said my supporting documents were good enough for her. They called my husband for 15minutes. I was watching the time from it started because it was nervous. Good news for the new year! Hard part over.

can you tell me what number you called in Ottawa because i called them but they did not tell anythingg
and one thing more I tried to login to know the update of my file but there was note that only my lawyer can see an update if I want to see then I have to submit code of conduct to cancel my lawyer's authority so
It's been 3 weeks already if I count fro 2 November, I won the appeal but my lawyer has the power to access to login. I am in contact of my lawyer every day so he checks my status as I don't want to cancel his code of conduct but as you said if my case proceeds from Ottawa then how can I contact with them or they will be emailed me about medical and PCC. If you could give me the contact information of Ottawa immigration office so I can call them too.
It's take approximately 2 months after decision letter before you'll hear anything. Shortly, you ll receive a "document request" email. Most likely new medical, police and updated forms.

Keep in mind to that it's Holidays month. They might be going a bit slower then average. I sent an email at the 2 month mark, and then I got the documents request 2 days later. Have you tried sending them an email? Some times this gets the ball rolling.

And the another I receive cic web form email in which they right lik this

They will contact you if further information is required or if a decision is made on your application’

Yes London of course lol that explains it. My office London as well. London has a very large work load, so they are quite a bit slower than other offices.. Try sending an email at their office. Not the webform
The reply says that they have sent your enquiry to the London office. (don't expect anything from this) they are just telling you that when London needs something from you, they will contact you. This is a very standard reply from the office.
