Preparation for coming to canada

I have applied for my husband in 5 feb 2018 they received the application.
And recently i have recieved the email from IRCC on 18 dec 2018 that prepare to come to canada. Just need to know how long does it take to get decision made and passport request.

if you have received pre-arrival letter on completion of eligibility assessment.....background check is next....once background check is complete, PPR is next....patience.....you likely will hear from IRCC soon.

How long it takes to eligibility and start checking back ground?i am waiting for eligibility and check background?

There is no clear answer. I received the letter October 13th and my husband’s background check still hasn’t started. We send our application in late February 2018.

2..Medicke status..You passed medicle exam

3..Review additional dacuments..We have review yiur additional dacuments you have provided.

4..Interview..You do not need an interview we will send you a message if this chenges
5...Biometric..You dont need finger print we will send you a message if there is a changes
6..Back ground...Your back bround is in process we will send you a message when we start your backbround check.
6..Final decision...Your aplication is in process we will send you a message once the final decision has been made.Thanks .....Plz let me know how long this process take more????

My dear, none of us can give you a timeline. Every office and officer works differently. It's like predicting the future if any of us can tell you. If you follow timelines you will see that everyone is different. Even for some that has the same filing date.
