For those that have had fingerprints done, is the COPR madatory? I cannot find mine (I have my PR card) and the replacement takes a month to process - you must have fingerprints done within 30 days.

The Commissionaires appointment email said to just bring the letter from CIC and 2 pieces of govt ID.

CoPR is not necessary I believe. Your driver's licence and PR card should be good enough.

Just now i received an email from IRCC regarding my application. it says this
The purpose of this letter is to advise you
that a preliminary review of your application
has been completed. Your file has now been
referred to our Program Support Unit for a
final review.
This review will result in an additional delay
in the processing of your application.
However, we will endeavour to finalize this
review as soon as possible.
You will be contacted if additional
information or documents are required to
complete your file.

I dont know what is different in ur case but as per my understanding this occurs when they require additional screening and investigation for complexed cases. Not everyone gets their files transferef to PSY
