2018 January applicants for PR (paper-based)

PPR Jan 2. 2019
well its good that something started to happen. we shud keep our hopes high. its difficult to wait.
August 2017 applicants are getting PPT now....There's no chance that January 2018 applicant get PPT earlier.......
We submitted our application to CIC (Paperbased to Nova scotia) on 2nd Nov 17, received acknowledgement mail on 9th Jan 18 stating that they have started processing our application. Received MR on 22nd Aug 18 and a Pre arrival mail on 23rd Aug 18. We completed out medicals on 27th Aug 18 and it reflected medicals passed on 4th Sep 18. Post this we are awaiting out PPR mail...it been more than 4 months now...can someone help me understand if this is normal and by when can i expect the golden mail...
Pay more attention to the information he provided. Jan 29 applied. AOR March 1. He got AOR in 1 month and 3 days. There are many different programs are paper based, and PNP was just one of them. Under PNP, there are also diferent streams (job offer required, job offer not required, etc.). With only a timeline from him, it is unnecessary to compare ours with his, unless he provides more information. From my perspective, we just need to be patience. Eventually, decision will be made sooner or later.

i saw bunch of April and march applicants from 2017 are still waiting for PPR what you say about that? scary to think about it man!
i am not really sure. they might be doing something in between that we do not know of. i know many people personally who got PR from 2017 recently. one is my close friend got one. maybe it depends how carefully you apply. hopefully it wont happen to us. they should get theirs too. everybody has put so much effort for it. good luck to us all.
