Try without passport number or without country...point is do not fill up all the info they request and it will work.

That's crazy. You see Decision Made?
It should be outlawed to make people do medical again and they should be bound to some timeline accountability.

It's crazy...l see DM since April 2018, below it's written "we have received your file on the first of December 2017" and that's it....

What does My CIC Account show?

I have noticed that all messages show on My CIC Account first and after about 2-3 days they update in ECAS. Maybe DM is different?
