Nationality of PA?
Cheers - spreadsheet updated.Hello,
We live in London, UK and PA is British .
Thank you
Yes, it can be done, it is called 'dual intent' - I think all your questions are answered here:Question regarding Dual Intent / Going to Canada prior to having PR paperwork:
I am a Canadian citizen and have been living in the UK with my husband (British citizen)in the UK for 3 years. Our application was received July 19, 2018. I have been approved as a sponsor and our paperwork is underway.
We are looking to go to Canada prior to him having his PR paperwork and him entering the country as a visitor (for up to 6 months) as we wait for his paperwork under dual intent. Under dual intent, is the sponsor (Canadian citizen) allowed to work? Also, as its recommend for the PA to have a round trip ticket for 6 months later, does the sponsor have to show a round trip ticket too? When we land, on the forms we fill out, do both of us have to claim dual intent or just PA?
Thank you,
