We are stil awaiting movement on some June and all July files. So, my guess is you would likely not see any movement till last week of Jan.

@smcan2014 was successful though.. UPS delivered his package just fine.. I am planning to send mine tomorrow with FedEx

Guess now even UPS is following "Every package is different" theory. This is insane. It should be consistent.

don't freak out buddy ,my AOR is July 30 , and um not expecting anything before the end of January.. ! it is taking longer than we expected when we started the process.

Let's wait for your second GCMS notes and CBSA notes. But, I hope you get your PPR before you get those notes. It's been too long already!

Yeah I'm in favor of raising webforms beyond 6 months whether they get response or not. I have myself raised 3 in last 1.5 weeks. We need to do everything in our control which is not much.

Thought this might help. I did send mine with Fedex as well. UPS did not take in my package as they said they will not deliver to PO boxes. Even Fedex in MA said they wont take in PO box and that only the US postal service sends to PO box. But we tried our luck with another fedex store in a nearby state (NH) and they took it in and got it delivered. I wouldnt go with USPS as they are way too slow now.

You won't be able to use USPS if you are sending to CIC because USPS doesn't generate a return label.

@phaneeswar130 if you are planning to use Fedex, then you can use the instructions below. I found this on the forum when i was trying to send my passport :

You can send it to these address (from USA - Canada). Reverse the to/from for the return label.
I used Fedex priority shipping costed me 40$ each way. Delivered in 2 days though. The entire shipping, processing-stamping and return ship took ~7 days.

You can use a credit card or an already existing FedEx account. Remember that the address for the credit card or FedEx account has to match what is already on file. If you fail 3 times, it will lock out the payment number you’re trying to use.

9. VERY IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THIS INSTRUCTION;

· When you receive the e-mail confirmation from FedEx, open the shipping label and save the label as an electronic version (PDF file) on the desktop of your computer.

Did you move across countries? If you didn't then there's no need to update. The major reason why you need to update your address if you moved countries is because of paspsort submission.
