no evidence of them being extra strict but analysts at Montreal seem to be a little bit inexperienced or strict/weird (whatever you may want to call it) with work ex documents. They have put quite a few people in review required based on work ex documents especially if salary information is missing. But none of these cases have faced extra delays if proactive action has been taken to provide additional documentation.Any idea if Montreal officers are being extra strict with requiring more documents or asking for interviews? Or are they just like officers in different visa offices?
