Reference letter

Hey all
I have a small problem regarding the reference letter, now i have the letter and my direct manager is willing to sign my job responsibilites and duties but the issue is it is against the policy for him to sign it on the letter head.
So my question is, is it acceptable if I get the letter from him on a plain paper along with his email signature (including company logo, phone no. Website and his cell no.) And another experience letter from the HR with the basic job information.
I will also include my original appointment letter (signed by the CEO) but not stamped as it is considered as an internal form.
Also if i could i will attached the payment slips if not then the bank statements indicating my salary.

Thank you, but i have read else where that notorization is not necessary if i give all the contact details of my manager unfortunately the only official form of contact details I have is his email signature that states his title, cell phone no. and email as well as company landline no. And website
Will that be enough with regards to that non notarized letter.

His contact details without notarization should be good enough.

In my opinion yes, does he have a business/visiting card also? If so, attach that as well

Unfortunetly our company doesnt issue it at all, it has to be on your personal expense, but he has his official email signature which declares his title, cell no. office no. company website and his email

Is is good if i took this email seal in a pdf and attached it with the letters

Since we have nothing else to go by, I think it will work.
But I'll repeat the best, tried and tested method is getting the details/declarations notarized to be on the safe side.

I just came to know it's a company in UAE, I can tell you about an attestation service that will attest/notarize your documents in under AED 100/page so why not do it and be on the safer side.

Yes please, for notorizing do I need to get my manager with me there or is it enough to send to them the signed documents only

Check with the lawyer I'll refer you to, I doubt your manager will need to be there with you.

I think only signed documents will be needed but double check with her
