The letter looks good.

But how come your store manager can print the letter on company letterhead and sign it? Is he authorised? I mean don't you have a centralized HR office?

I was a shift manager in UK McDonalds. My letter was issued and signed by the company HR manager.

First of all, thank you.
This letter would be printed on a store letter head and it's got store's address on it. Does it have to be signed by a company HR Manager?
I checked the cic site for employement letter requirements and it says immediate manager is fine.

I didn't mean its against the rule. I meant there should be one unique company letterhead (like we have in McDonalds with head office address) which is only available to HR department because it is very sensitive, isn't it? If you guys have a separate store specific letterhead and it works then you can go ahead. All you need a genuine and authentic letterhead.

Good Luck!

Honestly it's too long, no one will cross verify such long list of job descriptions for you, so better if you just make sure you match at least 70% of job duties in reference letters with the official NOC statements.

hi there,
I have a question regarding the job letter for cec that I have worked part-time for 2 months at the beginning of my experience and my pay was different. do I need to specify in my letter that I started part-time with different pay and then worked full-time with different pay for the rest of my experience? or do I just need to state the current salary? Any help or guidance on this question will be appreciated.
