when i sent a webform to know what is going on, bcz for 4-5 months there was a complete silence. i sent a webform, i wrote receipt # which you got when you paid $1040 where they asked for uci#
, they replied me back and very next day they sent me aor1 with application# and uciwill try to submit a webform with the receipt number as I couldnt reach them through phone
same here, i never got a chance to speak to an agent, they always says " because of high volume of calls, you are unable to speak to an agent"will try to submit a webform with the receipt number as I couldnt reach them through phone

I have a query regarding PCC. My wife is planning to add spouse name in her passport in next couple of weeks. Is it possible, she can apply for PCC with the current passport, to save time? That means PCC will have old passport number on it, while the application would be based on new passport?

I recieved the email that my file had been received for family sponsorship for my spouse(he is living outside Canada). I am in Quebec and I would like to know when is the right moment to send the application to Quebec immigration office, the email doesn’t mention anything about this. I have link the application to my Gckey account. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

they will notify you when there will be any changes in your application i.e. transfer email, medical request etc.
please keep checking gc key, emails of both pa and sponsor's as well

I read the first page of this thread and kudos to the information that Leon has shared, however, please excuse me I have not read the 2035 pages in between and come straight to this one so if my questions are repetitive or already answered before kindly reply them again.
1. Applying for spouse sponsorship is a paper application or online like Express Entry? How does one start to apply and what's the process?
2. I plan to only do register marriage back in India and then come back to Canada and file sponsorship. Is a marriage certificate proof enough or actual ceremony is a requirement?
3. As mentioned by Leon in his first post - I can provide pictures, whatsapp chat logs etc to prove the genuineness of the relationship, however, supplying any wedding ceremony pics will not be possible. Will this cause a problem?
Any response from experience or knowledge will be greatly appreciated!
