I've a 4 year old and a 1 year old in and live in the U.S., will they require FBI clearance/fingerprinting?

Imagine a 1-year old committing a crime, getting his mug shots taken, fingerprinted etc. LOL.

Seriously, not for kids. It's for those older than 18.

lol..I know it's a silly question, but thought just as a formality they may want some sort of document.

I think they need, but not the x-ray. Panel physicians should know for sure when you call in.

They will just need physical exam...not any X-ray or lab test..
