CPC office is holding on to passports since past two months. They're not responding on to the status by emails. Is there a way we can call them outside of Canada?

In Post ITA stage its asking for employment letters from all the previous employers. What if we don't have that for both primary and secondary applicant? What is the alternative? I can provide a letter from most current and probably prior to that, but not the the one from 5-7 years ago.

I've used alias on birth certificate and one of the old expired passports. However, I have never used that name to sign or used it anywhere and not even on my current passport. When I checked with FBI Channeler they told me if I have not used that name to sign, no need to put it on FD258. So...

In countries of citizenship section. Do we have to put OCI info if the person is US citizen? does that count as 2nd citizenship?

My birth certificate has alias name and first passport also had, but that passport expired and the other two new passport doesn't have alias name, and no other legal document has that name. I also never use that name anywhere. Do I still have to mention alias in police clearance and express...

What about alias name? My passport doesn't have an alias then do I need to have an alias name for police clearance? I think my birth certifcate has and a very old cancelled passport.

Do we require birth certificate for Express Entry? And what if you don't have one?

Oh I thought it takes few weeks. So, it needs to be done by regular mail/post, correct? Since I am on a work visa and not a permanent resident? My apoligies to keep asking questions. I hope I am not bugging you.

Just one more clarifcation. Since I need to do my FBI clearance as I'm in US. I may not get any proof as its by physical mail. What is accepted as proof?
