Further update on my case..
WES sent documents for secondary verification: 12th Dec
We received your documents, we are evaluating your documents: 20th Dec (my institute was very quick I guess)

Not sure what WES will come back with now. Anxiously waiting to see the status update on date of evaluation completion.

Finally, I got the update that my report will be made by 16th Jan, 2019 after a long ordeal of almost 5 months. My overall timeline is:
July end: Created profile thinking it will take max 2-3 months to complete the overall process
Aug: Got transcripts for masters easily. Took only 2 days to get the transcripts from IIM L over email (being overseas it was a big relief) and I was happy that it will be done soon
Aug to Oct: Sent multiple emails to GGSIPU to get transcrips. Tried sending someone on my behalf to get the transcripts and after 3-4 visits to Univ. I finally got the transcripts in Nov (let me know if you want to know the process for GGSIPU)
16th Nov: Got GGSIPU transcripts and sent to WES on the same day thru DHL. I was so surprised that DHL guy asked me immediately if I want to send it to WES just after a glance at the envelope seems a lot of people are going thru the process
19th Nov: Delivered to WES
23rd Nov: Update from WES that docs are received (5 working days just to update that)
13th Dec: Process initiated for secondary verification for IIM L and informed that WES did not receive my degree for GGSIPU (they took 19 days for just that)
13th Dec: Sent scanned copy of degree over eFax (used HelloFax.com trial offer for free, let me know if you want to know the number on which fax can be sent)
14th Dec: Status updated as "Accepted" for GGSIPU degree and marksheet
20th Dec: Documents received, we are reviewing your documents, but still no timeline (same status as 23rd Nov..was afraid that they will ask for secondary verification for GGSIPU as well after a few days). Kudos to IIM L for confirming secondary verification in just 1-2 days of WES asking them.
21st Dec: Evaluation under process, report expected by 16th Jan..finally a sigh of relief. I was lucky that secondary verification was not asked for GGSIPU degree.

Paid university fees and university replied on 16th Nov
On- hold again: Awaiting verification from University: 19th Nov
University got verification mail again. After a lot of persuasion, got my university to rephrase the letter.

In progress: We are reviewing you documents- 22nd Nov
In progress: We are reviewing your evaluation report. Due date for completion: 17th Dec

Hello! Congrats on your evaluation! WES asked for the secondary verification from my university. My university responded one day later. Even though, I don't know what was this second verification for? My university responded to it by email and by fax. What should the response include? Should the university attach the documents?

Not sure, sorry. I was not marked on any email communication between WES and my institute. I guess they ask them if the documents submitted are authentic or not and whether the transcripts received by WES were issued by the institute or not. Wait for some time, the status will get updated soon. WES takes 5-7 days just to update the status after receiving the documents/verification.

Thank you! My institute confirmed the authencity of the documents, but they also did it when I was put on hold for the first time. They copied the content of the email. Did your institute do the same thing for first and second verification?

As I said, I dont know what my institute did as I was not marked on email or I didnt try to contact them about secondary verification. Just to correct you, the secondary verification was done only once in my case and there was no second secondary verification. In my wife's case as well it happened only once, but it took around 1 month instead of just a few days in my case.

1. Set of my degree documents have already been recieved by Wes. Now I want my post graduation diploma to be also evaluated by Wes. Since my degree is under evaluation, I am not getting any option to add my post graduation diploma.

2. Please guide me as to how can I add my post graduate diploma into my Wes account, so that I can get the documents dispatched while my degree is being evaluated. Trying to save upon time.

Did you call WES customer care number to check what is the exact reason for this?
I think you need to explain your situation may be its just the manual fault they did
