its not like that if you are applying with family so it can indicate weak ties to home country regarding US visa it is a big difference and most of US visas issued without taking any single paper however Canada requirements are different your ties means property business all should be stable and you have other countries travelling too etc..brother live on xxx place or invitation won't help if your own documents aren't accurate as per their requirements
Thanx ubfx but usa visa has strickt background check if they donot ask papers from u in interview dosent means they trusted only on ur 5 min or les then 5 min interview.they already check.every thing once u submit applicatin and before ur interview.
agree but again CA or UK visas are tough as comparison as they evaluate on paper basis however US visa based on your confidence level and purpose of visit regarding your CA VISA @Bryanna already suggested you to apply after 3 4 months when some changes in circumstances anyways again good luck
My last refusal was in jan 2018.this time i applied because i will be in usa and may be if my trv is approved will visit brother also in canada i buyed return ticket to seattle for 5 days .if cannot get trv my brother will come with family and meet me and stay with me 5 days there.but now its one week for me to leave to usa for 2 weeks visit .if i am lucky this time i will submit passport in usa .and if unlucky i will be worried as my real nephew wedding is in june and i am.invited i canada woth whoke faimly my name and my daughters name are also.mentioned on wedding cards.it will be very hard for me and disappointment too for me if i would be rejected.i had very good travel histry from my young age as i was i doi g studies and had travel history .good income.international bussines etc
emotions won't work in visas i can understand your situation but you know convincing VO is everything you refused 4 time right? did you ever apply for GCMS notes to findout the official reason of your case? what is your travelling history and past refusal reasons?
I have travel.to uk many times france .spain.many times turkey many times china lot of time saudia many time uae many time.no over stay .my bussines is good i have import bissiness etc.yes i git gsm notes 3 times every time wronge refusal.like one time they refused how i can stay 6 weeks away from my bussiness but in real.i applied for 2 weeks it was mentioned in my online application with dates of 2 weeks.
well that is surprising you got US visa now or you had us visa? are you applying alone or with family? if with family so they do have same visas as you?
