Hi my name is Arun Rana.I'm from India. In 10th i got 82% and in 12th 68%. I've completed my b.tech/ece in 2015 with 68%.
I have 2 + yrs of work experience. I scored 6 bands overall in Ielts (L 5.5, R 6.5, W 6, S 6.5).
I got offer letter from cdi college montreal in network internet security analyst (2 yrs programme).

Chances are good. But consider retakinh ielts if you can, so your file can be put in sds that have more higher chance of approval.
