Declining ITA due to PCC delay

I need to decline Ita as not received PCC in time.

If i decline it today and if the draw happens today(or same day),would my profile be picked again??

What is your score? ITA is as precious as it gets and I'd discourage from declining it until last day.

I don't think y have to decline your Ita. You can still apply for PR specifying you were in the process of getting your pc certificate.
