Check your ECAS-On-Line Service, they usually indicate that "Medical result have been received".

After Biometric how many months will take to get UCI Number? From next year Indian applicants must do Biometric. Does this speed up the Quebec Federal Process ? Any idea ?

If you could sign in to ECAS, you should have got some info like your file is in Progress +

1. We received your application for permanent residence on xyz
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on xyz.
3. We started processing your application on xyz

And no update till now

I have not submit my biometric
Will that affect my processing time

is this waiting period is normal or it is too long as I have noticed that some cases is going faster than my case

The processing time could some time exceed the normal. You don't have to worry
My case was like desperate, but Al hamdu Lillah things turned to great
