May I please know how much time it takes to get UCI? I am little nervous as my courier was delivered to CIO Nova Scotia on 11th Oct and I haven't received UCI till date.

I am from India. I got CSQ Last week. I am the main applicant . I applied single with kid & got CSQ. However Quebec federal PR application i have to declare my wife qualification. She has only Secondary school education. My question is , my wife qualification will effect my Quebec federal PR application process ?. Is there any chance CIC reject my PR application due to my wife qualification ? please reply.

It will not affect it. You got CSQ as single.. they will treat your file as single

If you have already received CSQ, then NO. It will not impact in any way.

Well it might change from one visa office to another but it should take 2 months at the most. Thats when I received it.

After getting PPR we have to submit passports in 30 days or 60

Hi if you have a canada visa your UCI is mentioned on it (.on right side of visa type) Use it to track your application

Hi, this area of the forum is for people who already passed the CSQ and are at a later stage. I suggest you search for other forums with people in your same situation. Also it is my understading the points sytem does not exist anymore and has been replaced by Arrima which is why most of the people here wont be able to help you anyway as we all went under the old system.

Something unbelievable is happening. I have now received the 'Invitation to Pre-Arrival Services'. Yes, its true.
The timeline since October 16th is simply amazing.
October 16th Medical Request
October 31st Medical Exam Passed
November 29th Background Check in Progress
November 30th Invitation to Pre-Arrival Services

There are many over here who are praying for me and I don't know how to thank you all for everything. I will keep my thank you note for later. Lets wait till I get the PPR. More soon. Probably today?

you don't have to worry about it. They are just informing you that your file might take more time for processing and inviting to keep correspondence with them to a minimum.
do not send too many requests to them and just be patient, things will be just fine. Believe me
