I thought it would be useful to keep track of the timeline for receiving Passport/COPR after PR approval. If you have already received your Passport/COPR and are in the process of completing your landing, please share the details. It would be great if you could share your landing experience too.

PPR Date: November 26, 2018
Passport Delivered to CPC Ottawa: November 29, 2018
PR application details in MyCIC changed to approved: December 4, 2018
Return Tracker Activated Date: Waiting
COPR delivered: Waiting

At the Ottawa IRCC office. I believe you can do landing by appointment or walk-ins on second or fourth Tuesdays of the month.

No, I didn’t get anything. By chance, I checked my account and saw the update. It might have been a few days earlier.

Yeah. It was updated as approved when I checked the portal, and then I received an email afterwards.

Nothing really! The officer asked us question such as, if you have committed any crime, etc. It was really...really smooth and easy!
