Also on the online portal the status still sayas “Your Action Required” for me. However there are no messages suggesting what action is required. Since the day they requested for my passports, the status has been the same(even when I can see final decision was made and it was approved). Did you observe the same on your online portal when the status update was done?
The only change on my status was from "in Progress" to "Approved". CIC has changed the updates and user interface of the online portal, so it's probably different now. It might be worth calling them.

Yes I tried searching for their number. Couldn’t find one! There is one on their website which is Canada only number and I can not reach that number. If you have it handy, can you please share? Thanks
