Hi Guys,

Today, (8 a.m. IST) I have received the much awaited golden PPR mail.

AOR: July 24th
MEP: Aug 15th
IP1: Aug 15th
IP2: Nov 9th
Ghost Update: Nov 15th
PPR: Nov 29th

What a relief! Thanks for all for keeping our hopes alive day in day out, really appreciated!
Hopefully everyone will get their PPRs sooner rather than later..

Good Luck...!!!
Congratulations buddy!

Congrats. Does anyone think ordering notes can prompt your file to be picked back up because the vo knows you are wondering what the hold up is?
No it doesn't.
It just let's you know what the issue with your application is if any. And helps you to act proactively.
Was it you that had a review required on eligibility?

It is always better to search and apply for jobs while you are at your home country.
So, if you are lucky you may get a job offer while you are waiting for the PPR...
Or else, you can arrange a face-to-face interview when you land to Canada...

Some of the useful links to create your covering letter and resumes are;

Very helpful...
Thanks alot...

Anyone still in IP1?
Yes, still in Ip1, AOR 7/25, FSW O USA, Ip1 on 8/16, ADR received 9/26 and docs uploaded 10/1.
Job offer received and accepted, sent a CSE on 11/26 with job contract offer and still waiting.

Hopefully the wait will end soon or I'll have to go for a temporary VISA while waiting on PPR.

Congrats on your job offer.
That's a major hurdle crossed off your list.

Congratulations friend! Where do you plan to stay in Canada?

Thank you, I just wish I could get my PPR next week instead of launching a VISA / Work permit on the side to be able to spend Xmas in Canda !
My wife is also pretty advanced in her discussions for a position up there, we'll be moving to Ottawa !

Maybe you should start the work permit process as early as you can. So as not to get trapped in a delayed PR processing fix.

Yes, totally agree but this is going to make things tricky (temporarily import car from the US, then permanent export then...)
But yes, process is strating on my end with company's lawyers to get a work permit asap.
