As @cansha said these cases are frequent now. I’ve also sent my docs on 21st Nov
So far haven’t seen anyone rejected under these circumstances but the applications do take a long time. Hope for the best.

And also after uploading the additional docs, has there been any update in the Review of additional docs section of the profile?

I received a procedural fairness letter instead of refusal about my fund as well yesterday. They were in fact looking for more detailed information and I have 30 days to provide it. Did you happen to miss the letter?

I recently ordered GCMS notes and through which I found out that my Eligilibility: Not met under Assessments in Page 2.
Under Summary notes:FSW not met client did not provide duties for primary NOC A11.2 Review required R76 : Selection Criteria FSW points

I have raised a cse and uploaded my job duties today on my company official letterhead provided by my employer.
Do I still stand a chance for an approval of my PR application. Appreciate your thoughts on this guys

mine is also same case, my AOR is 22nd may, i raise the CSE and uploaded LOE with revised reference letter, first got the automated reply of CSE, then in next 2 days(15th Nov) got the reply from agent that they have received my document, and have been forwarded to concerned office.
I am also waiting for update for my application , i am still IP1, criminality-Passed, Security-Not started yet.

Hello all.
Urgent help required.
It is frustrating to learn at this stage, but from my GCMS notes I found that the official has put remark that my experience letters do not demonstrate I performed any of the duties enlisted in the NOC code. The frustration part is that this remark was put in last week of May only 3 weeks after I submitted application which means my file has been lying there for last six months without action. I haven’t even been asked to provide the required documents to prove eligibility nor have been told I do not meet the criteria (which I do and can prove right away). The profile on CIC is reading the same all this time “we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements”, totally contradicts to notes.
Understanding my predicament can anyone advice on proceeding with the application, there is not link to upload necessary documents.
One spends months on preparation and months in wait to learn this

Don't worry nd stay positive...you know in my gcms it was eligibility not met-for refusal..so I lost all hope,but then they didn't send refusal so I raised CSE nd now I'm hoping for good only in Sha Allah..it's been a month since I raised CSE nd my application still says we review weather you meet eligibility...
