If they did not provide a specific email ID to send the medical sheet than using the webform was the right step. This is my situation.
I applied for spousal work permit for my wife to join me in Canada in June. Got invitation and we both applied for pr on September 1. We both did medical and passed and the application is still in process.
Yesterday IRCC requested for my wife to go for medical for her work permit application we made earlier. She’s in Nigeria while am in Canada. I sent her to the clinic she did her medical for pr in Nigeria to get the medical result resend but they told her the we should use the upfront e-medical sheet and email it ourself.
So we did that this morning using the web form. I’m just curious if this is the right step we’ve taken or I should get her to do another medical as I’ve only 30 days to complete this starting yesterday.
Please advise!!!!
You should be fine Jimmy, I used the same medical for both my student permit (1st) and PR (2nd) and I passed medical already. By the way, I understand she may not be able to repeat medical until after the existing one expires (1 year). And you should be fine with webform, unless you can get your VO by calling CIC and email them a copy in addition. This is my situation.

Just yesterday he asked his wife about me, what happened to my application, why I haven't got the visa yet!Sorry to hear about your loss! My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
I have said this before but for IRCC we are nothing more than file numbers and not human beings yet. I guess they start treating us as humans only when we land and become PR. Before that we are nothing but a statistic for them. That is the harsh reality and it won't change.Just yesterday he asked his wife about me, what happened to my application, why I haven't got the visa yet!
If only IRCC knew. Its such a painful situation.
My condolences. Hope you can come to Canada soon.A sad news to share guys, my uncle has passed away today in Ottawa. He had cancer. When I applied for PR, I thought I'd be able to meet him but now its never gonna happen

I know how IRCC works, I am bit emotional now. I wish I had applied at least a month earlier, I could have met himI have said this before but for IRCC we are nothing more than file numbers and not human beings yet. Having said that Canada immigration still is more efficient compared to other nations. It can still be more transparent but I don't expect it to be more efficient.
Nah man the post wasn't trying to teach you how IRCC works. I'm sorry if it came out that way. I was just also expressing frustration that we don't have any recourse in such situations as we are nothing but file numbers to them.I know how IRCC works, I am bit emotional now. I wish I had applied at least a month earlier, I could have met him
Anyway hoping for an end of this very soon.

Thanks so much for your response. There was no email other than the medical instruction letter. If they did not provide a specific email ID to send the medical sheet than using the webform was the right step.

This really help. I have no idea which is her VO. It’s only our pr that’s in Sydney NS.
