In my case, I went to Regina Police here in Canada and get the fingerprints done and thereafter sent it to Nigeria for PCC to be issued. It was well accepted by cic. So you might think of using your local police or RCMP. Good luck!

Congratulations. You can find the receipt of your payment of RPRF by clicking on the “Confirmation of Online Application Transmission” and then click on the “Payment Receipt Number” from there you can print your receipt. Good luck and again congratulations!

I will suggest you find out from the panel physician if your medical was uploaded. Mostly it takes 25-30 days for your medical to passed
