Visa for January 2019 status

Hello Friends,

I have applied for Visa today for January Intake (Fanshawe College).My college begins from 7th January.Can I get the visa before 7th Jan,what is the avg processing time for the visa?
I am actually very worried about can I make it or not?

Pls guide me friends..

It takes around a week to get result after the initiation of review in offiline..so you probably would get a response in 3-4 days if it's a offline application.

What about online application? Under sds Delhi?

I applied offline on 01.11.2018 and linked my application to a gc key account.Today(28.11.2018) got a letter saying Correspondence Letter with RE: validity of your biometric information.

Also a status changed to Medical Passed(submitted upfront)

I applied online on 16th Nov. Got an email on 17th saying my application was updated but since then nothing happened. My application is still in progress. One of my friends applied on 9th and got passport request on 25th night. No clue how CIC is processing these applications.

And if submitted later, then after how much time u got this update of passed medical?

I had medical upfront but haven't passed yet. There's no update on the portal

That's quit a long time. When did you get the medical test?
As I mentioned earlier, one of my friends also applied online on 9th Nov and he saw his medical was updated~ 21St Nov

Online is bit unpredictable .. overall online application takes 20-30 days to get approval from the day of submission.

Congrats man. What was your application number? I applied online on 16th. I think they are processing by application number.
