That’s incorrect. I have read on this forum people applying for notes and getting ppr next day and notes after few days.
Reason for delay of notes could be work overload or some technical issue.

Exactly, they release it post PPR. not in between approved & awaiting PPR.
What I think is that the remaining people might have not updated the tracker..Myimmitracker shows 80 CEC applicants in June. 34 got their PPR till date. What do you think??
Never thought June thread would be reaching 900 pages and we still have to wait for our golden emails. Common sun is shining bright, move your beeps and send our emails.
Like all 46 of them? Hope you know myimmitracker auto deactivates accounts if they do not keep active for 2 months or so.

Theoretically 50/50.
Although practically it is more likely that we pass that barrier before we get the email
