You'll have to see if there is a way to request a report while she is abroad. If they require finger prints for it, you'll have to get them done in Canada and then mail them to her home country. Not much else you can do, it has to be done.

They haven't asked me for anything else yet.

I actually already have my finger prints done for the RCMP unintentionally though, since I got my FBI fingerprints digitally done at a Canadian police station and they accidentally sent them to RCMP when I just needed a print out of them (which didn't even work anyway and I had to get them inked AGAIN....).

So perhaps that's why I haven't been requested for them yet?

Not entirely sure, but that's the best conclusion I can come to for right now. I'll be sure to post an update if it changes.

What is PCC? Been reading comments here and I see some have been submitting PCC after medical, so now I'm wondering what that is. My husband's (PA) application now shows "We are processing your background check" but we haven't received any other documents/requests.

Hello there, I got a update today on my application

Review of medical results We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message below for details.

I did my tests. Does it mean that the doctor didn’t send it? On my background information it says its in progress

My husband did his fingerprints on Nov 16 and they said they will send directly to CIC. But i have been checking mycic and there is no update so far. Neither we have received anything from RCMP in the mail. So , i am just wondering is there any other person who did their fingerprints on same date and its updated on their CIC. Thanks .

We have same timeline and we also got request for fingerprints as well, i think its normal.

A quick question , did you go to the local RCMP station to have both the fingerprints and police check done or did you get the fingerprints done at a RCMP certified location then applied for the RCMP police clearance ?
