Dear Members,

I am inactive member to this forum. Looking at the enthusiasm of this forum members, I couldn't restrict myself to get the second opinion from senior members of this forum on my GCMS notes.

My timelines are as below:

EE Profile created: 22nd April 2018
ITA: 24th April 2018
AOR: 27th June 2018
Medical Pass: 14th July 2018
IP1: Not sure
IP2: 1st Nov 2018
Origin Country: India
VO : Ottawa

These are my GCMS note:
Applied: 20th Oct 2018
Notes Received : 22nd Nov 2018

Eligibility : Met
Criminality : Not Started
Security: Not started
Medical: Passed

I am confused with the last section of the notes where they mentioned Review Required Stat Questions.
Please let me know if it is normal or they have put my file for review?

Review required for stat question means most likely you answered yes to a visa refusal question.

Your GCMS looks very identical to mine. Except the review part. I matched. Were you able to get the PCC without any issues? Your Spouse's PCC is recommended pass. But they have marked your PCC for review. How old was the PCC? Any cases, anything that might havw triggered this??
Is it related to Primary Applicant PCC? We both provided the PCC from the Passport Regional Office. Does it not related to Stat Questions? I provided a LOE using CSE since my Germany visa was refused and I informed IRCC to correct one of my answer to Yes (is your visa is refused....).

Cansha, thanks.. Looks like you cracked it. This is exactly the case with my application. My visa was refused and we ignored by mistake while submitting application. So later we submitted CSE to correct this mistake.

@cansha already stated the reason.

If you have provided a good enough justification, I feel there should be no reason to worry.

There are certain triggers here. There few things an agent cannot take decision on his/her own and has to flag it as review required for the officer to take his/her call.
