Is that the whole note? Your CRS score is calculated below ITA from 473 to 448 ... Luckily for you it doesn't matter as it is still above the cut off of 446 .. Do you have only 1 year of work ex?
I have total 3 years under the same NOC, recent employer is one year but 2 years on another employer. looks like they considered just one

Is it true that all review required ones remain in ip1 until eligibility is cleared?
I read somewhere that only after eligibility is met they start with background process. Please clarify
Might be true ... in my experience all these things are so haphazard that to make a guess how CIC works is futile. I have seen applications getting PPR well within 6 months even after 2/3 ADRs and I have seen people saying applications get delayed because of ADR. I have seen applications languishing and gathering dust after having a review required on stat question and then I have seen similar applications getting PPR within 4/5 months.

So who really knows? It is all a black box with no real visibility or transparency to the inner workings of CIC. I used to believe some of this stuff earlier but not anymore. All these things are made up and a way to justify the ways of CIC. I don't know why people feel so emotional and try to defend CIC but my view is there is no method to this madness. It is all a random chance on who picks up your file.

Yeah I feel it’s all about your luck. If you are fortunate enough you may get an officer who reviews your file in short span of time while for others it may take endless time. Don’t know how this system actually works and it’s totally unpredictable. Let’s just wish everyone makes to the finish line as soon as possible.

I don't see any mention of the other work experience in this. So not sure what happened there. BUT there is nothing to worry because even after that your CRS score is above the minimum cut off. Now it is a matter of a Visa officer looking at your file. It should get approved.
Doesn’t it mentions about review for job duties? May be the duties are not matching to the noc.

Thanks. The company is Dropbox which is probably a household name by now. Not sure why they couldn't find it.

Thanks for your reply!
:D That is strange!! From what I know they do a google search on the address given on the letter. It would be tough to believe they couldn't find dropbox office on google maps.
