I dont see any comment, I know that I did not do a good job with employment records pre ITA however when I made changes to my Employment record Post ITA the points were the same. I wrote LOE in detail. this is what I mentioned in my LOE

2. I have changed NOC code for my Accenture experience from 2171 to 1122 making sure the Job description is accurate.

Are you looking at detailed notes towards the end of GCMS notes. If yes, and there are no notes on why it is review required then we can speculate all we want we can't know the real reason. Hard luck!

1. Not sure about the reason behind review required. It feels like it is because of Work Experience but I am not sure.

2. There is an "Application Assessment" section which has a Due date of Nov 24, 2018. Does that due date have any real significance?

3. Based on my reading of the notes it seems like following are Appears Met: A11.2, R75, Funds. Does that sound right? In the notes separators aren't clear so should I read the notes as "PLEASE REVIEW. A11.2" or "A11.2: Appears Met".

4. Do you see any other red flags. Any suggestions for next course of action! I will complete 6 months end of this month.

Review Required probably because of the funds. The Agent mentioned "appears met". I've seen a lot of review required's being about the senior officer just double checking the proof of funds. Seems slightly slower than normal, but not too much to worry I'd say...

The case analysts says He/she is unable to verify employer.
Make sure your company can be found on google (by adding your company to google maps if not already there) and send in any documents to show that your employer/Company exists.

1. He couldn't verify your employer details and hence review required. BUT you're very lucky he has not dropped your CRS score and actually said A11.2 met. I have seen many cases where analysts have messed up such situations. So you are okay

Yeah. I read somewhere on either August or September month thread where someone emailed him thrice and they also replied back. If someone whose Aor is just 2 months back keeps on replying they will get irritated and they don’t have time to reply them again and again. Guys use this email only when you have crossed 5 months mark. There are high chances now they may stop responding so it’s better to go for gcms option.

Is that the whole note? Your CRS score is calculated below ITA from 473 to 448 ... Luckily for you it doesn't matter as it is still above the cut off of 446 .. Do you have only 1 year of work ex?
