Thank you, Tobs. It is quite well written. Do you have a fixed salary or it can vary? My salary is fixed+field bonus, so I'm not sure how to mention that in the letter. Maybe I can mention it like "He receives a minimum of XXX amount per month as fixed salary and additional amount as field bonus for the number of days spent in the field". I feel that I need to mention that part to justify the highly varying salaries that will be visible in payslips.Hey Ibtee, It's more Production Technology & RE inclined and quite simple too.
