Bro, I have already started creating the profile but got stuck at this point. However, I got your point and thanks for the correct information & being so quick.
I have helped others for similar case, here I am re-posting it for you. 471 is good enough for any draw, If you have IELTS ready then you should proceed.
You will get points for two or more degree points. But you don't chose to get points, you have to enter details separately and the system will calculate the points and show you in your profile.
You can check yourself the education points here-
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/education-assessed/read-report.html
Now let me advice you how to enter detail in EE profile. First go to this link and create GCKey and start your EE profile. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/submit-profile.html
When you will start the process, first there will be some eligibility questions called "Come to Canada". Here you need to select your education as "Two or more degree". You need 67 points based on Six Selection Factors to become eligible for express entry. To understand this please check the following link-
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers/six-selection-factors-federal-skilled-workers.html
You can use this Come to Canada Tool to check your eligibility.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/come-canada-tool-immigration-express-entry.html
If you become eligible you will have option to start your EE Profile. You need your Passport, ECA and IELTS report to start the process. Once you finish filling up all sections and submit the profile, within 24 hours your score will display and you will be ready for an EE draw. You do not need anything else until you receive ITA. There are many sections to fill out in the form, you can do that, its all basic.
Here I am particularly telling you about education history section. If you need help for other sections you always can ask the forum.
You need to enter your both credentials separately. You will have following questions to answer in your EE profile to add your Credentials-

Hope it helps. Good Luck!
Your score did not increase. "Preview Score" option does not work properly, it takes actual level of education into consideration instead of eca level of education. Don't worry it is just a help tool, it is not related to your application at all. Ignore it.Hello, I received ITA based on the Express Entry profile created where my CRS was 471. Now when I was filling up next step that is PR application, I used exact same data, but my CRS is getting increased to 478, what should I do?
Details:
My latest qualification is MBA from Nirma University, so options I selected exactly as you suggested:
Level of Education: Master's
Level of Education in ECA: One year diploma (because WES rated it as one year diploma)
Based on this, in Express Entry Profile, I got score of 128 in education and overall CRS score of 471.
But with exact same data, in Permanent Residence application, I am getting score of 135 in education and overall CRS score of 478..What should I do?
Should I select One year diploma in both the options instead of what I have selected as shown above n PR application?
Has it happened to you too? I just want to know how do you know this, because if my score does increase, it can create a problem for me.Your score did not increase. Yes same happened to me.Has it happened to you too? I just want to know how do you know this, because if my score does increase, it can create a problem for me.
Also in yous signature I can see Application in progress phase took approx 4 months to comlete and then background check started, it takes so much time for that? and what's ghost update?
Yes same happened to me.
Every case is different, mine took 4 months to start BG check, your one may take much less or more than me. Ghost Update is a when you see status of your application shows "Application/Profile Updated" but when you check inside nothing was changed. Thus it called ghost update.
It usually happens after Back ground check is initiated (ip2). This also indicates all procedures (eligibility, criminality and security) are done and application is finalized. I called IRCC after ghost update and was confirmed that my application is finalized and ready for ppr. This ghost update usually followed by PPR within few days but in recent times (like mine) it is taking long time to issue ppr after ghost update.

Did you apply for SINP with a different NOC 7201 compared to your CIC (Primary NOC 2132)? Please let me know as I'm also having two NOCs ( 2175 - Primary NOC in Express Entry and 2174 for previous work experience). Recently, SINP included 2174 in their occupation in-demand list. Can I apply for SINP based on NOC 2174 which is not my primary NOC? Please advise.Hi, Please clarify a problem. I am a Mechanical Engineer NOC 2132 in CIC profile. In SINP express entry demand list NOC 7201 was in demand. Job responsibilities are nearly matching because mechanical engineer supervise almost all activities under this NOC. I applied and got invitation . Submitted my application already which is under review.I am waiting for the response meanwhile i started my EIT membership through APEGS for mechanical engineer. Please guide what are the chances of success??
Yes I did and got the invitation to apply.. I submitted the application and waiting for further response. My suggestion is you should apply and make EOI as per demanded occupation NOC. It means your declared work experience shall be in 2174.Did you apply for SINP with a different NOC 7201 compared to your CIC (Primary NOC 2132)?
