I am wondering about the excel Data sheet / Data information sheet - Someone from this group or Government of Canada is updating this sheet.
PGP 2016, 2017 & 2018.

Actually, My PGP 2017 was forward to London Visa Office June 2018 and still did not heard any thing from them. That is why I am worried about.

My parents got the letter asking for the passports to be sent to the VAC (Visa Application Center) However, I am confused about the VAC I should send the passports to:
My parents are from Cuba but they are in Canada right now.

Where do we send the passports to?
Mexico Visa Office?
Havana Visa Office?
Mississauga VAC?
Ottawa VAC?

What courier should be used considering Canada Post is on strike.

‭1 (888) 242-2100‬, I pressed first option to check status and then it will tell option to select. It does not take very long to get to electronic message, long wait if you want to speak with representative.

What about you, your parents in Canada? And what’s medical status?

I think you will receive the passport request soon, because mu mom's medical was don in July In Canada and we received the request , yesterday. Additional documents is usually they ask travel history of your parents. I dont think there should be any problem, may be next month you will get the passport request.

To my surprise though Cic requested passport but my mom's online status show under process and the decision is not yet made, I think this will change after the passport is stamped.

I think you will receive the passport request soon, because mu mom's medical was don in July In Canada and we received the request , yesterday. Additional documents is usually they ask travel history of your parents. I dont think there should be any problem, may be next month you will get the passport request.

What reason for further medical tests?
Is your dad having any chronic condition?
My mother medical was refused ( she is no more because she had terminal cancer)

It can be a routine medical request again.

It’s for kidney disease because of diabetes

I wanted to ask if cic start background check after medical pass or they start background check whenever they want. I am asking because status for my parents application is they doing background check.

We are medical furtherance case, first round 2017.

Hi , I thinks that's a good sign if background check has started why would they start background check if medical's not cleared. it should all be good.

Hi Every one, got my mother PPR request and decision made in ecase. Any one who is waiting on London office to respond, here is my findings from the GCMS notes which I got in September. After the medical submission and pass they lock the file for 6 months and put a review date of October in her file. Back ground check must had started at the same time with the Medical submission but it was showing BC not applicable in my account. In October last week it changed to Back Ground Check in progress. and then I got the decision made with in 2 weeks.
