A small query regarding parents availability in Canada in such cases, is there any possibility if a miner child request to the government to facilitate his mother to be there with him on a short temporary resident visa (till he becomes adult 18) as it will be more convenient for a parent to take care of him and provide shelter, foods etc....

Sure anyone can apply for a TRV but no guarantee it would be approved and having a child who is a citizen is no guarantee, nobody here can predict an outcome but feel free to apply given plenty of people do try that route, some succeed , some do not.

The challenges you are facing are simply the rules in place for any minor to attend school in Canada where it is assumed a minor will have the support of parents or a guardian in Canada given there are so many things as a minor they cannot do without a parent or guardian.

Still come back to why the rush at 17 when in many provinces the issue goes away in a year when reaching age of majority. Finish high school in home country then come to Canada to attend university. Guess must have some specific reason to see the benefit of such an upheaval to join a high school so late in final years and in a strange country alone.

You've already been denied and having claimed asylum in the past will continue to make it difficult to visit Canada. There are programs that exist where you can pay to have a guardian on top of living expenses if you have no friends and family who could be a guardian. Coming to Canada once he turns 18 makes much more sense. It will continue to be difficult if he doesn't have a support network when he is 18 so hopefully he is mature and well travelled.

Secondly, is there any restrictions/hurdles for having parental supper Visa/ TRV or parental sponsorship program having previous claimed asylum denied ?

Will be quite difficult to make the minimal salary necessary if in school or if working full-time with only high school education and no experience in Canada. There is much more demand than spots. The amount of parents and grand parents admitted could be reduced especially after the next election. It is more likely your child may be able to sponsor you by the age of 30 (or less). 21 seems very unlikely.
