Hi everyone!
I currently live in Turkey. Probably in june or july i would get a job offer from Canada. I am a Chef. Graduated from university. I dont think my IELTS results would be bad. But i only worked part-time. It makes 1 year (when i calculate all them together it makes 370 days). And equals to 1500 working hour or more(i guess 1500 hours of part time work is a must for imigration for Canada) Now, i am wondering that can i apply to the express entery with that total 1 year part time experience? And the second question is one of my eye is 20/100 and the other is 110/100. Would the 20/100 Create any problem?

It's 1560 Hours for 1 year. Not 1500. Very important difference.
If you have 1560 hours, yes you can apply and claim 1 year of work experience.
I'm no doctor to judge for the eyes, but I doubt it would be an issue, as I don't think it would qualify as excessive health demand. Your doctor examining you will tell.

Can I count part-time work toward the work experience requirement?
You can count part-time work toward the work experience requirement, as long as you were not a full-time student at the time.

However, you must have gained the equivalent amount of experience as someone who worked full-time for at least one year (1560 hours)

For the vision, if I recall, as long as you have glasses to correct your vision, you will be fine. You should be asked to take a vision exam as part of your medical, but I believe you can do it with your glasses on (just to demonstrate that you have adequate corrected vision). They even suggest that you to bring your glasses with you:

When you go to your appointment, you must bring:

• proper identification (you will need at least one document with your photograph and signature, such as a passport, driver’s licence or national identity card),
• eye glasses or contact lenses, if you wear them,
• any medical reports or test results that you have regarding previous or existing medical conditions, and
• the Medical Report form (IMM 1017E), if you do not get an upfront medical exam. We will send you this form.

You’ll also have to bring four recent photographs if the panel physician does not use eMedical. Contact the panel physician before your appointment to find out.

Tell the panel physician about any previous or existing medical conditions. Processing your medical exam could take longer if you do not.

It can be counted as part-time, as long as the equivalent number of hours worked amount to at least one year. The calculation is based on 30h/week for full-time.
For example, 15h/week for two years= 1 year of work XP.
30h/week for one year=1 year of work XP.

The fact that it can't be counted during studies as mentioned by @northern sunshine , is only if it was acquired inside Canada during studies. If it's foreign, no problem.

Thanks for your reply. The doctor couldnt gave me glasses or contact lenses because if they gave me one of them it only increase my vision to 30/100. Otherwise it would be blurry like a magnifying glass. The more you get it closer or far away it will blurs the vision. But it isnt a problem in my daily life.
