Hello po.

Papasingit na lang ako ng question.

Misis ko po ay nasa CA ngaun at may working Visa valid for 2 years. Kararating nya lang nung April. Tapos this month nakipag hiwalay sya sa akin at wla n ata balak makipag balikan. May isa kaming anak. Gusto ko pang ayusin to pra sa bata. At sya n tlga naisip kong kasamang tumanda. Sa ngaun sinusubukan ko prin sya ligawan at kausapin hnd pa ako nirereplyan pero hopeful pa rin ako. Ang tanong ko po sna kung hnd nga nya kami isama sa pag apply nya ng PR. Ano pwede ko gawin pra makapag apply pra sa amin ng anak ko. At least pag makarating man kami ron mas malaki chance kong maitama ang lahat pra sa amin.

Hindi po makakasama ang family sa work visa unless pr/express entry ang application. You can apply on your own

That's what I'm afraid of. She already dated with someone else. I'm not sure if they are still together. Wla pa rin kami closure at wla pa rin sya explination kung bakit sya nakihiwalay. I'm still hopeful we can fix things. Just allow her to qualify me with our daughter kahit ako na gagastos pra sa paglakad sa sarili ko.

I think this is personal issue that only you can fix. We can only give advice about immigration. Anyway, if you really want to be in canada, try to apply on your own, check you CRS score if it meets the current cutoff. Like others said, she can include your child and exclude you if she applies for PR. It’s her choice since she has the one with valid status in canada.

Una is research ka kung ano ang mga requirements para makapag apply ng PR. Tapos basa ng forums. Pwede ka din lumapit sa migration agent kaso may bayad yun.
Curious lang ako, ano ba ang ginawa mong kasalanan at nakipag hiwalay si misis sayo? ang babae, pag hindi grabe ang kasalanan ni mister, hindi basta basta makikipag hiwalay yan.

Thanks for the suggestion. Well actually, she started dating with someone else. Nag offer ng work sa kanya etc. 6 years din magkalayo. I know it's lonely. Pero nakaya ko naman. Sana sya din. So un nga po.

I have a question regarding proof of funds. I currently have 11k CAD on my savings account and 1K CAD on my payroll account. I am planning to use both accounts for proof of funds. The thing is i will be using my payroll account to fund my medical and processing fees right after i asked for a bank statement.
Is it ok na may deduction sa proof of funds mo after giving the required bank statement?

Better set aside a different money for medical and processing fees. Alam nila pag nabawasan ang bank account mo and it went less than the required pof.

Good day,

Kumuha ako ng medical exam sa Nationwide Health Systems Cebu. Sabi daw hindi daw cla nag upfront medical pra sa permanent residence. Student, Worker at visitor lng daw. May nkausuap ako sa clinic na woker daw kinuha ng asawa nya for pr. So worker exam din ang kinuha ko.

Any thoughts??

Hello Experts
I have received remedical request after being in security screening, and there is an attached form IMM1017E along with the request letter.
I took that form to the doctor and he kept it, however I'm wondering if he has to fill it out then I will send it back to my local visa office as proof of medical exam or not.
The doctor is eMedical enabled, and he has already sent to his report via the eMedical system and gave me a copy of it which I have taken to LVO instead of form IMM1017E.

Please tell me what you suggest and if form IMM1017E must be submitted to my LVO.
I have check yesterday and the medical was passed.
note:I'm express entry applicant
