Hi All,
I have been part of this group and reading thoroughly all comments.

My husband and I applied for Express Entry. We took help from a lawyer to work on our file. So only he has access to our online portal.
Just concerned as we have not received any update on our application.

AOR 11th June
Medicals passed around 5th July.
Since then no update.

Eligibility - We are reviewing whether you meet the requirements.
Interview/Bio - do not need.
BG check/Final - Your application is in progress.

That means BG has not even started yet. is that right?
Hmmm...it does mean that you're still in IP1 and BGC hasn't started, as you rightly said. Having said that, if you're going through an agent, are you sure that is the latest update on your account? And even if the answer is yes, lots people have moved from IP1 to a PPR directly, so don't worry just yet!!!

Yes.
Because I did not mentioned the masters degree in DS 160 and then my husband said that in interview so officer got confuse i belive.
And problem is he did masters while he was working. So How should I write that in CV?
CV with all the places where you worked (with address and phone numbers) and all degrees and everything.

There are tons of people who work full time along with their fulltime study in India and around. So I don't think justifying that should be a problem.

My concern is did the visa agent ask for a CV as a document, specifically? Or is it your inference from the discussion?

As per my understanding, any such situation would require official document, like Transcript (to prove it was a full time degree) and/or Experience Certificates / Pay Slips / Appointment Letter (to prove 40+ hours of working).

A CV in this place will only act like a self declaration.

Not sure if you already viewed this.

May or may not right. Online status don't mean anything as they are not updated on consistent basis. If you know your application number / UCI you should try calling IRCC number.
I do have the application number, but it seems the IRCC number gets thru only when calling in from Canada. Any other way to reach from USA/India?

I figured, we are still in IP1.
Well lets hope the best for all :)

Will it be specifically mentioned for criminality, security? If yes, in which page?
Mine it's just written
Application Assignment
Assigned to - - -
Assigned by - - -
due date 05/12/2018
If you look at the screenshot, application assignment is just below the assessment, and assessment says criminality in progress which makes me think that the due date is for criminality.

Also, it was assigned to RC-9515 which I think is the agent code for RCMP officer. They seem to have a code for each office and officers. Office code (shown as RC code in notes) has only numbers whereas agent code starts with first one or two letters of office name followed by a number (in this case, RCMP agent code is RC-9515 and CPC agent code is CP03900). Some more examples

Office Codes:
RC Code - 6262
Office Name - Centralized Intake Office

RC Code- 9245
Office Name - Operations Support Centre

RC Code -9518
Office Name -CPC Vegreville

Agent Codes:

If it's updated by an automated system to reassign/distribute files between office, it shows something like
Updated By: SADMIN, CONV_ADMIN etc. (this may be the user id of automated system used to run distribution jobs)

If it's updated by an agent (human), then it shows something like
Updated By: C8296 or CP03900 etc. (this may be an agent code who manually updated)

RC-9515 is the office code for CPC-Ottawa. Your file is at Ottawa.
